DMCon 2025 was the fourth edition of Kerala's community-run DevOps and Cloud Native conference — and the biggest yet. More than 400 engineers, students and tech leaders filled the venue in Kochi for a full day of talks, conversations and community.

The stage belonged to practitioners. Speakers shared real production stories across DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, Kubernetes, observability and security — what worked, what broke, and what they would do differently. Between sessions, the hallway track did what it always does: strangers became colleagues, questions became answers, and more than a few conversations turned into job offers and collaborations.

Seven sponsors backed the event, keeping it community-led and affordable. DMCon 2025 cemented the conference as one of Kerala's leading Cloud Native gatherings — and set the bar for DMCon Keralam 2026, our five-year celebration.
