DMCON Kerala 2026 is the fifth edition of Keralam's community-driven cloud-native and DevOps conference, organised by the DevOps Malayalam community.

We're looking for people who *build, run, break, and fix real systems* to take the stage. Tell us about something that broke, something you built, a decision you wrestled with, or something you learned the hard way. No product pitches. No generic best-practice talks. We want the real stories, lessons, trade-offs, and experiences that other engineers can learn from.

Whether you've spoken at fifty conferences or this is your first one, we want to hear from you.

Platform Engineering & Developer Experience

Everything around building platforms that help engineering teams move faster. We're looking for talks on internal developer platforms, developer portals, golden paths, self-service infrastructure, platform product thinking, team topologies, developer experience, reducing cognitive load, CI/CD platforms, GitOps, infrastructure as code, platform automation, and operating platforms at scale. We especially welcome real-world stories about what you built, why you built it, what worked, what didn't, and what you learned along the way.

Cloud Native, Kubernetes & Operations

Running modern cloud-native systems in the real world. This track covers Kubernetes, containers, cloud infrastructure, service mesh, networking, autoscaling, high availability, operators, multi-cluster environments, performance optimisation, reliability, SRE, incident response, and production operations. We're looking for practical deep dives, production experiences, post-mortems, migrations, architecture decisions, performance challenges, and lessons from operating systems at scale.

If you've ever had a Kubernetes cluster behave unexpectedly at 2 AM, we'd like to hear what happened.

AI, Observability & Security

How are AI and modern engineering practices changing the way we build and operate infrastructure? This track covers AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes, AI inference infrastructure, GPU scheduling, AI gateways, agentic AI, AI-assisted operations, observability, distributed tracing, logging, metrics, security, supply-chain security, identity, policy as code, secrets management, and cloud-native security. We're particularly interested in practical experiences: running AI workloads in production, optimising infrastructure costs, improving observability, responding to incidents, securing cloud-native systems, and understanding where new technologies actually provide value.

Important Notes

You may submit a maximum of (3 proposals) to the DMCON 2026 CFP.

Please submit proposals that are your own ideas and experiences. AI tools can be useful for improving language or structure.

But we strongly encourage you to make sure your proposal reflects your actual experience and voice.

No product pitches or sales presentations. Talks should focus on technical knowledge, real-world experiences, lessons learned, and practical insights. Vendor-focused sessions are better suited for sponsorship opportunities.ion

If your talk has been presented at another conference, that's okay. However, please make sure your submission is relevant to the DMCON audience and clearly explains what attendees will learn from it.

All accepted speakers are expected to follow the DMCON Code of Conduct

Every accepted speaker will receive a complimentary conference pass.

Accepted speakers will need to submit their presentation slides before the event.

If you're a first-time speaker, please mention it in your submission. We want to support new speakers and help you prepare for the stage.
